They queued for 8 hours in Beşiktaş for a gift certificate at midnight.

A supermarket chain in Fulya, Beşiktaş, has caused a stir in the district. The store, which had been offering a special gift certificate campaign for its opening, was flooded with customers. Long lines formed in front of the store from early evening, and after waiting for a long time, they rushed to the store after receiving their gift certificates.
Visitors who entered the market upon its opening found it difficult to shop due to the large crowds. The crowd, mostly of shoppers who were buying food and kitchen products, was captured on camera. Aerial footage captured the queue, which began in the evening and stretched for miles.
Seher Solmaz, who came to the opening with her chair, said, "We were here at 6:30 a.m. We couldn't stand and were getting tired, so we brought our chair. We were so happy to see it open. We'd been hearing about it for two months, waiting for it, and we liked it so much that we came. They'll be giving out gift certificates. I especially love Turkish coffee, especially pasta, since it's on sale. We're going to buy some things."
A citizen who got his card after waiting in the long queue said, "We will be shopping for home, mainly tea, coffee and butter. I was here after the morning prayer."
Speaking at the store's opening ceremony, the official said, "Thanks to our colleagues, they have made this store available 24/7, without any interruption, to provide Beşiktaş with more convenient, more affordable, and higher-quality service. I want to thank them in front of everyone."
