The indictment was submitted to the Parliament to lift the immunity of 61 CHP deputies

CHP Group Deputy Chairman Gökhan Günaydın made a statement regarding the immunity summaries regarding his party's deputies.
In his post on his social media account, Günaydın said, He announced that a total of 240 immunity files were submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly regarding 61 of the 135 CHP deputies.
In the informative letter shared by Günaydın, it was seen that the signatory was Serap Yazıcı Özbudun, who was elected as an MP from the CHP lists and is currently an AKP MP. Özbudun had transferred from the Future Party to the AKP.
Günaydın continued his post by asking, "Isn't the established order wonderful?"
The presidential motion to lift the parliamentary immunity of 61 of the 135 deputies of the CHP, Türkiye's first party, is in the Turkish Grand National Assembly. The President is also the Chairman of the AKP, Türkiye's second party.
