Stefano Boeri, the star architect's business is slowing. His company's debts have risen to €5 million.

Signs of a slowdown in the business of Stefano Boeri , the star architect who also ended up under investigation in the Milanese inquiry which saw house arrest imposed on Manfredi Catella di Coima and Giancarlo Tancredi , former councillor for urban regeneration of the municipality of Milan.
A few days ago, architect Francesco Cesa Bianchi chaired the shareholders' meeting of Stefano Boeri Architetti (SBA) srl to approve the 2024 financial statements. The company, of which Boeri is the controlling shareholder with 77%, has Cesa Bianchi as a partner with 15%, and the other architects Marco Giorgio with 5% and Piero Chiodi with the remaining 2%.
The company, which is the architecture firm founded by Boeri, closed 2024 with revenues of 6.3 million euros, a slight decrease from the 6.4 million of the previous financial year, while profits decreased more markedly year on year from 609 thousand euros to 460 thousand euros .
The explanatory note recalls that SBA “is an international leader in architectural design” with 50 open projects and 20 construction sites in Italy and Europe and last year celebrated the tenth anniversary of the construction of the famous “ Bosco Verticale ” in Milan.
SBA , which fully controls the Albanian firm Stefano Boeri Architetti Shpk and last year distributed a €400,000 dividend to its shareholders, has debts that have increased from €4.8 million to €5.4 million year-over-year, €2 million of which is due to suppliers. Revenues totaled €3.4 million in Italy, €664,000 in the EU, and €1.3 million outside the EU.
Things went a little better for Boeri with the 2024 financial statements of the smaller Stefano Boeri Interiors srl , in which the star architect holds a 70% stake. The interior design company's revenues rose year-over-year from 915,000 euros to 1.1 million euros, and profits improved from 151,000 euros to 205,000 euros.
