She's in my office, beaming. She wants a blood test for her iron levels. " Sure, " I say. Still, I ask her why she wants this. The most common reason behind this request is fatigue, and she doesn't come across that way. "I received the €10,000 compensation from the benefits scandal," she says, "and now I can finally go to Turkey to pay for my Brazilian Butt Lift ." She says it as if it's the most normal thing in the world. And maybe it is. So I say: "You're using the compensation exactly for what it's intended for: to rebuild yourself."
