Kołobrzeg: A 44-year-old man will face trial for, among other things, raping two women.

The District Prosecutor's Office in Kołobrzeg has filed an indictment against Jacek G. He will face trial for raping two women, causing them minor bodily harm, and threatening to kill them, Ewa Dziadczyk, spokeswoman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Koszalin, told the Polish Press Agency (PAP).

The case will be heard by the District Court in Kołobrzeg. Jacek G. is accused of forcing two women to engage in sexual intercourse by slamming their heads against the floor, punching them, and kicking them in the stomach. Prosecutor Dziadczyk announced on Tuesday.
The 44-year-old is also accused of using threats to influence witnesses and intimidating both injured women.
– He allegedly threatened to kill them if they reported the incident to law enforcement agencies – said prosecutor Dziadczyk.
During the investigation, Jacek G. did not plead guilty to the charges against him.
The man, whose last residence was in Kołobrzeg, was a repeat offender, and therefore faces a sentence of up to 22 years and 6 months in prison instead of 15 years for rape. Jacek G. is in custody.
The crimes occurred on February 17 in Kołobrzeg in the apartment of one of the victims, a woman over 60. Jacek G. was an acquaintance of theirs.
The indictment also covers acts the man committed on August 31, 2024. This concerns violating the bodily integrity of paramedics.
