Open housing prices? Legal dud could make it seem like a fiction

At the next session, scheduled for 14-15 May, the Senate will consider an act that is to ensure transparency in the housing market. This concerns the transparency of housing prices as part of development investments. The amendment to the acts on the protection of the rights of the purchaser of a residential premises or single-family house and the Developer Guarantee Fund, adopted on 24 April, was an initiative of the MPs of Poland 2050. And although they declared that the primary goal was to protect housing purchasers from unfair practices by developers, it may turn out that the obligation to disclose prices will apply only to some premises.
