Rossi plays after shots fired in car

Goalkeeper Rossi started for Flamengo in the victory over Bahia days after experiencing a tense moment off the field. The Argentine had his car hit by four shots during an attempted robbery on Linha Amarela, in Rio de Janeiro. Despite the scare, he was not injured and remained at the team's disposal.

On the eve of the game, Rossi was honored at Ninho do Urubu for his 100 games with the red-and-black jersey. In an interview with FlamengoTV, the goalkeeper commented on the episode with good humor, but did not hide his shock.

I joked with the director (José Boto) about renewing now that this happened (laughs), to make sure I would stay here longer. The truth is, yes, it was a scare that I experienced the next day, after the trip back, but today I am calmer, more at peace too. It was just another scare. Rossi, in an interview with Flamengo TV
