Ivanovo court hears case on oncology center debt
More precisely, the Ivanovo Oncology Dispensary owes one million 400 thousand rubles to a Vladimir company, a supplier of medicines under a contract that was concluded back in November 2023.
In its statement to the court, the plaintiff company did not forget about the penalty for the fulfillment of contractual obligations. And this is almost 75 thousand rubles.
The case has been under consideration for more than two months, the first court hearing is scheduled for today.
