South Korean celebrity harassed live on TV, detained

South Korean Hyojeong Park, known as Mhyochi on social media, was subjected to verbal and physical harassment during her live broadcast in Kadıköy yesterday.

Park's live broadcast showed the young woman running away from the old man who was harassing her. Istanbul Police Department teams, who considered the images shared on social media as a tip-off, determined that the person in the images was 71-year-old YZA. The teams caught YZA in Kavaklıpınar Neighborhood in Pendik district and detained her.

It was revealed that Hyojeong Park, who was harassed, was also harassed during a live broadcast in Mumbai, India in 2022, and 2 suspects were arrested by the Indian police.
