CMB has changed the principles regarding financial criteria!

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has amended the operating principles of stock exchanges and market operators. The "Regulation Amending the Regulation on the Establishment, Operation, Working, and Auditing Principles of Stock Exchanges and Market Operators," prepared by the CMB, was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.

The expression in the previous regulation has been changed in the relevant article.

With the amended article, the stock exchange will publicly disclose the list of financial criteria that are compatible with the international principles and regulations accepted by the Board, as well as information regarding compliance.

In the relevant article, the expression "financial benchmark indices" in the previous regulation was changed to "list of financial benchmarks".
