EXPROPRIATION ANNOUNCEMENT

The real estates, the summary information regarding expropriation of which is given below, have been expropriated by TEİAŞ GENERAL DIRECTORATE, and a lawsuit for the Determination and Registration of Expropriation Value has been filed in our court in accordance with Article 10 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942, amended by Law No. 4650.

Within 30 days from the date of notification, a lawsuit for annulment in the administrative courts or a lawsuit for correction of material errors in the judicial courts may be filed, and any hostility in the lawsuits to be filed should be directed to TEİAŞ GENERAL DIRECTORATE .

If you do not document that you have filed a lawsuit for annulment in the administrative courts or have received a stay of execution decision within 30 days, the expropriation will be finalized and the easement right on the immovable property will be registered in the title deed in the name of TEİAŞ GENERAL DIRECTORATE based on the price determined by our court .

The expropriation fee to be determined by our court will be deposited in your name to the T.Vakıflar Bankası AO Tekirdağ Courthouse Affiliated Branch.

You must submit all your defenses and evidence regarding the issue and the value of the immovable property to our Court in writing within two weeks from the date of notification.

It is announced to the relevant parties in accordance with Article 10 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942, as amended by Law No. 4650 .
