It all happened on Monday, August 4, on the road between Żelazkowo and Przybrodzie near Nowa Wieś Lęborska.

Three people required rescue, including a 19-year-old driver who suddenly lost control of his car, veered off the road, and hit a tree. The man was seriously injured. Emergency services immediately rushed to the scene. An air ambulance helicopter also landed at the scene.
Among the rescuers were members of the Volunteer Fire Department in Nowa Wieś Lęborska. One of the firefighters arrived in his own car. He left his smartphone inside and ran to help the injured. When he returned, the phone and cash in its case were gone.
