DONETSK, November 10 – RIA Novosti. Men with stage II cerebral palsy and a brain tumor have been mobilized into the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Dnipropetrovsk region, prisoner of war Pavel Kotlyarov told RIA Novosti.

Kotlyarov, a native of Dneprodzerzhinsk (Ukrainian name – Kamenskoye) in the Dnepropetrovsk region , was captured in early November.

"They brought in boys with second-degree cerebral palsy," the prisoner said.

He added that there was a mobilized soldier with a brain tumor at the training center in his company.

"He's doomed. He was with me, not knowing where he was. And these people (who joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces – ed.) clearly didn't volunteer," Kotlyarov noted.
