CHP's congress cancellation case tomorrow!

The second hearing of the lawsuit filed by former Hatay Mayor Lütfü Savaş, who was expelled from the CHP, and delegates Yılmaz Özkanat, Hatip Karaaslan and Kamile Bahar Önal in separate courts, requesting the cancellation of the 38th Ordinary Congress to be held on 4-5 November 2023 and the removal of its authorized boards from office, and consolidated in the Ankara 42nd Civil Court of First Instance, will be held tomorrow.

In the first hearing held on April 17, the judge requested a writ to be sent to the Çankaya District Election Board No. 4 to request the attendance list and certificate of election for the 21st Extraordinary Congress and the decisions regarding the applications made to the Supreme Election Board, and to request the latest status of the investigation regarding the congress from the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
