Bailiffs helped restore clean water in the village of Arkhangelskaya

Thanks to the intervention of bailiffs, residents of the Arkhangelskaya village in the Tikhoretsky district received quality drinking water. Earlier, citizens complained about the unsatisfactory condition of the water.

As reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for Kuban , the inspection by specialists confirmed non-compliance with established standards. Then the utility workers were issued a warning about violating sanitary requirements, the department noted.

The court, having examined the situation, obliged the local MUP Housing and Utilities to take measures to bring the water into compliance with the standards of Federal Law No. 52-FZ "On the Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population". The bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings, handing the management of the utility company a resolution and reminding them of the liability for failure to comply with a court decision under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

After legal procedures, utility workers carried out the necessary preventive work, improving the quality of water. The results of a repeat inspection confirmed that the water now complies with sanitary standards.
