The Veterans' Hospital held another Open Day for SVO participants

On February 22, on the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day, an Open Day for participants of the SVO was held at the Republican Clinical Hospital for War Veterans of the Ministry of Health of Chuvashia.

The reception was conducted by narrow specialists in the most popular profiles among this category of patients: surgeon, traumatologist-orthopedist, urologist, therapist, ophthalmologist, neurologist. There was also a functional diagnostics office.

On this day, specialists conducted 65 consultations, 30 of which were for participants in the special military operation.

"Each participant of the SVO who applied was consulted by several specialists at once. If necessary, a follow-up appointment was scheduled, referrals were issued for diagnostic tests, as well as referrals to other specialized medical institutions, in particular for consultation at the Federal Center for Traumatology, Orthopedics and Endoprosthetics, the Republican Clinical Hospital," noted the head of the polyclinic Irina Vanina.

The nearest opportunity to consult with qualified specialists will be available this Saturday – March 1. Let us remind you that the hospital holds Open Days every first Saturday of the month, and is aimed at early detection of diseases and increasing the availability of medical care to the population within the framework of the national project “Long and Active Life”.
